There is no phone number listed for urgent assistance, and the online Customer Support responded "get back within 14 days"Finally get email back quite few days later all the staff said" contact travel agent" which is the Trip.comWe contacted the Trip.com and advised that our flight is no change while Qantas system actually already cancelled our flight with no arrangement to alternative (as we requested in Customer Support )

The food served was tasteless and not appetising at all. Sorry but would not feed to my Dog. Qantas food has gone downhill and it is probably a cost thing. But why bother serving a blob of food. A nice salad would have been more welcome. The so called dessert was a Choc Coated Ice Cream which was melted. So underwhelming and would rate at about a 2 out of 10, or a star rating of 1 and would be even less if that was possible a 12 Star. Arrival in Brisbane when someone else again took my prebooked Wheelchair. Second time it has happened. Except for the Assistance of the Supervisor we were left to be last out and through Airport. He was a breath of fresh air. If Airport Assistance is prebooked, no one else should be able to take that equipment. Bring extra, but make them wait not the Special Assistance (Pre Booked)

The service was friendly and attentive,the legroom was decent, but not great, for economy, there were lots of good TV to watch, and the food was good.For such a long transoceanic flight, I am used to the cabin crew coming around with drinks on a regular basis to keep people hydrated. That didn't really happen on this flight; I had to get up twice and walk to where the crew were hanging out (in a closedcurtain area) and ask for water. But that's is a small issue.Generally, pretty good flight..

This is a regular run for me on Qantas from Sydney to Dallas so as a known quantity it really is very familiar. I was in the economy cabin and sat just in front of the galley so it was a bit busy but nothing too disruptive. Could recline my seat without having anybody behind complaining. Being a Platinum frequent flyer has its perks with a personal meet and greet, Jack and Coke to start of the journey and the CSM dropped off some noise cancelling headphones. Food was untouched as I had loaded up in the lounge. The flight itself was uneventful and had a spare seat next to me so could spread out a little. The IFE was not used much save to check the flight map. Have discovered the joys of Netflix. Many folk complain about Qantas and its service but honestly I'm not sure what they anticipate. If you are in a premium cabin then the level of service is different. In Y, the FA's have a lot of people to feed and look after so personal touches may not be there all the time. All in all a satisfying flight as always with on time arrival.

Qantas is one of the few domestic airlines to still offer free food. Their latest menu includes two choices on most flights. I've had the chickpea salad with duck (three small slices) and a good mixed coleslaw with one large but thin slice of roast beef over it.These new choices are both healthy and fresh but also an appropriate size for a meal. Enough to be filling but not bloating. Just the right amount of meat to satisfy meat eaters.A huge improvement from recent fare and certainly from the bad old days of one brown, one white slice sandwich with stodgy filling guaranteed to please noone.IFE is nonexistant on domestic, they have some wistreamed thing that I couldn't be bothered installing on my full android phone. Businesses should stop assuming that your phone is for them to clutter up with apps. I don't have memory for an app from everyone I do business with get real.

A pretty dire experience. On checking in, we were offered "better" seats, and we were moved from the middle of the plane (seats which we had chosen well in advance) to seats in the back of the plane which did not recline. Also, we were stuck next to the bathroom, with the lights on throughout the flight and the fully reclined passengers in front of us. The best part was the guy in front of us throwing our carry on around in the bin so he could get his two very large suitcases in. The cabin crew never said a word. Next time we'll fly the other airline.
